With over 20 years of talent leadership and process excellence experience, I have a proven track record of working closely with both large & small companies to lead highly engaged & performing workforces.
Clients range from global technology businesses to non-profit organizations, extend from one Founder to 10,000+ employees. I’ve taken the five Co-Active Coach Training courses and completed Quantum Coaching (ICF certification pending).
As Chief People Officer of Jobvite for 4 years, I built the talent function with a focus on talent management and change leadership. Prior to joining Jobvite, I was Global HR VP for Mindjet, a global SaaS company. Previously, I spent 12 years at Intuit in numerous roles including talent acquisition, HR management, and process excellence. Before Intuit, I spent three years in HR at Apple, starting my career as a Recruiter.
Based in San Diego, CA (winters in Kirkwood, CA) and ready to travel

How I spend my extra time & energy
- Cooking (& drinking) - love to eat food from around the world and can make a great cocktail (thanks to a winter snowboarding & bartending)
- Dogs & cats - Get my animal fix by carrying dog treats in my pocket & volunteering at SD Humane Society
- San Diego Surf - learning to surf in my 50s - oh my!
- Snow sports - backcountry touring, snowboard, ski & snowshoe
- Sports - most anything but I make time for NCAA Women's Basketball, NWSL, NWBA & college football
- Travel - really anywhere but enjoy a good brewery or national park. Last big trip was Women's World Cup trip to Australia
